Payment links

Send a link. Get paid by bank transfer. Skip the screenshot.

Selling on WhatsApp and Instagram means every order ends the same way: send the account number, wait for the transfer, ask for the screenshot, open the bank app, look for it. A payment link replaces all of that with one URL.

The customer opens it, picks Easypaisa, JazzCash or their bank, pays from their own app into your own account, and your bank's alert confirms the order in seconds. You find out with a notification, not a screenshot.

How it works

Thirty seconds to make. Reuse it forever.

  1. 1
    Create the link

In the dashboard: a title, a price, and which wallets or banks the customer may pay from. DPay gives you a short URL.

  2. 2
    Send it anywhere

Paste it into the WhatsApp chat, your Instagram bio, a Facebook post, an SMS or an email. It works on any phone with no app to install.

  3. 3
The customer pays from their own app

They see your receiving account, the exact amount and a reference. They transfer and press “I have sent the payment”.

  4. 4
    The alert confirms it

DPay reads your bank's notification, checks it six ways, marks the payment paid, and sends the customer a receipt. If two transfers could match, it asks you rather than guessing.

A fresh reference every time

Ten customers on one link are ten payments, each with its own DPAY reference, so nothing gets mixed up on a busy day.

Your brand on the page

On the plans that include branding, the checkout carries your logo, your colour and a line of trust such as your official number.

Customers build themselves

A verified payment that carried an email becomes a customer record: totals, history, and the bank they pay from.

Analytics by link

How many times each link was opened and paid, alongside volume by day and by bank.

Receipts sent for you

Every verified payment sends the customer a receipt automatically, so you are not asked for one.

Turn it off in a click

Deactivate a link and it stops taking payments at once, with a clear message for anyone who still has it.

Where it fits

For the order that starts in a chat.

A boutique confirming a dress on Instagram. A home bakery taking orders for the weekend. A tutor collecting this month's fee. A repair shop asking for an advance before ordering the part. A courier-based store asking for a small confirming amount so that fewer parcels come back. In every case the seller is already trusted enough to be paid by transfer; the link only removes the waiting and the checking.

When the price differs per order, create a one-off payment from the dashboard instead; when you need line items, a due date and a PDF, send an invoice. All three end on the same checkout and the same verification.

Questions

Straight answers.

What is a payment link?+

A URL that opens a checkout for a fixed price. You create it once in the dashboard with a title and an amount, then send it as many times as you like on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email or SMS. Every time a customer opens it, they get a fresh checkout with its own reference, pay from their own bank or wallet app, and the payment is verified from your bank's alert.

Do I need a website to use payment links?+

No. Payment links are built for sellers who take orders in chat. The link is the checkout; DPay hosts it. If you have a website, you can put the same link behind a Buy button.

How does the customer pay?+

They open the link, choose the bank or wallet they are paying from — Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, NayaPay or any of 45 Pakistani banks — and see your receiving account, the exact amount and a reference. They transfer from their own app and press “I have sent the payment”. DPay confirms it from your bank's alert, usually within seconds on a NayaPay account.

Is a payment link the same as sending my account number on WhatsApp?+

The money moves the same way: from their app to your account. What changes is everything around it. The customer sees the exact amount and a reference so they cannot mistype it, you are not asked for a screenshot, and you do not open your bank app to look for the credit. The alert does that, and the order is marked paid with a receipt sent to the customer.

Can one link be reused for many customers?+

Yes. That is what it is for. Each open creates a separate checkout with its own reference, so ten customers paying the same price on the same afternoon stay ten separate payments. DPay counts how many times each link has been used.

What does it cost?+

Free covers 20 payments a month with no card and no time limit. Paid plans raise the monthly limit and unlock live API keys. There is no percentage fee on any plan, because DPay never holds the money.

Can I switch a link off?+

Any time. A deactivated link shows the customer a clear message instead of a checkout. Links you no longer need stop working the moment you turn them off.
