Invoicing in Pakistan usually means a PDF made by hand, an account number in the email, and then days of checking the bank app and chasing. Sending it is easy; knowing it was paid is the work.

Almost nobody in Pakistan will leave a card with you, and most do not have one to leave. A DPay subscription does not need one. Set the amount and the customer, and on the same day each month an invoice goes out; the customer pays it by transfer in a minute, the alert marks it paid, and the subscription records another period settled. Tuition, gym memberships, software retainers, subscription boxes, monthly services of any kind.

How does an invoice get paid?+
The invoice email carries a PDF and a link to a hosted invoice page with one Pay button. The customer picks the bank or wallet they are paying from — any of 45 in Pakistan — sees your receiving account and the exact total, and transfers from their own app. DPay verifies the transfer from your bank's alert and marks the invoice paid, with a receipt to the customer.
Do I have to mark invoices paid by hand?+
No. That is the whole point. When the transfer lands and the bank's alert matches the invoice on six checks, the invoice moves to paid on its own and the customer is sent a receipt. You see it in the dashboard, and a signed webhook tells your system if you have one.
Are invoice numbers sequential?+
Yes. Every merchant gets their own sequence, INV-0001 onwards, with no gaps and no reuse. An invoice can be voided but never deleted, so the sequence stays intact for your records.
Can I bill the same customer every month?+
Yes. A subscription is a recurring charge that issues an invoice each month; the customer pays it like any other, by transfer. Bank transfer cannot auto-debit a customer, so instead of a card on file there is an invoice in their inbox, and the subscription tracks which ones are paid. You can pause or cancel it at any time.
Does the customer need an account or an app?+
No. The invoice page and the checkout open in any browser. The customer pays from the banking or wallet app they already have.
What is on the PDF?+
Your business name, the invoice number and date, the due date, each line item with quantity and price, the total in rupees, any memo, and how to pay. It is attached to the email the moment the invoice is created; once paid, the customer's receipt arrives with its own PDF.
Is there a fee per invoice?+
No. Invoices, subscriptions and everything else are included on every plan, and there is no percentage on what your customers pay, because DPay never holds the money. Plans are priced by payments per month.
