A customer pays from whichever app they already have. The money lands in your own NayaPay or Meezan account, and your bank's alert confirms it. This page lists every institution the checkout knows by name.

Questions

Can my customers pay from any bank in Pakistan?+

Yes. The checkout lists 45 banks, wallets and microfinance banks, and a customer paying from one not on the list can still choose “other bank”. The list is about matching: knowing which bank the customer paid from is one more signal DPay uses to tie the transfer to the order.

Which accounts can I receive into?+

NayaPay and Meezan Bank today. NayaPay is recommended: it emails an alert the instant money lands, so payments verify in seconds. Meezan alerts arrive in three to five minutes. Both are ordinary accounts you open yourself; DPay never holds the money.

Does the customer's bank need to support anything?+

No. Any bank or wallet that can send a transfer to a NayaPay or Meezan account works, which is all of them. DPay reads the alert on your side, not theirs.

What if a customer pays from a bank that is not listed?+

They choose “other bank” and pay as normal. Verification still runs on your bank's alert; it simply has one fewer signal to cross-check, which matters only when two transfers could be the same payment.

Will more receiving banks be added?+

Yes, as their alert emails are confirmed against real notifications. Each receiving bank is added only after its alert format has been verified on real transfers, because a parser that guesses is worse than none.
